Situation Summary
LIDD wanted to refresh their website but soon realized that a more strategic approach was needed.
The Solution
Keystone facilitated a Value Inventory Workshop that helped define ideal client personas and develop unique value propositions that are aligned with the top priorities of the decision makers they would be communicating with.
This exercise also uncovered ideas for a Supply Chain Manifesto that tells an authentic story about the company’s worldview and unique approach to managing supply chain infrastructure.
The Results
Together, we defined LIDD’s vision & strategic execution plan (complete with Key Performance Indicators and quarterly milestone objectives).
They have since enjoyed 50% year-over-year organic growth for the past three consecutive years. Here are just a few of the highlights:
- Launched an inbound content marketing strategy that has resulted in over 500 downloads from a targeted list of ideal “Dream” prospects.
- Implemented technology enablers (Constant Contact, WordPress, Hootsuite and Basecamp) to better manage and track their lead generation and sales activities.
